ABOUT HARROW YOGA
I have been practising yoga for over 20 years.
In 2016 I decided to enrol on the Chikri Gold Teacher Training Course with Chikri Yoga and Neil Patel. After 300 hours of training I qualified with a Gold standard.
I have now started teaching men only classes in Harrow.
I started my Yoga journey in my mid twenties and have not looked back since. After suffering with stress and anxiety a friend introduced me to a local Yoga class. I was immediately hooked and the positive impact it had in my life was almost immediate. Continuing my yoga journey with the ability to teach has enabled me to have the opportunity to share my experience with others and hopefully give them the gift of Yoga and all it can offer.

An important aspect of any class is to ‘go through the gears’. There are times when we will pick up the pace and speed things up and other times when we will slow it down, rest assured we will keep it interesting and flowing.
Certain Asana (postures) in Yoga are energising, for example most chest opening and back bending sequences are energising. We will make certain that you leave the class ready to take on the day.
Every class will have at least one aspect of Pranayama (breathing control), Meditation or full relaxation, and sometimes all 3!
